The most common quoting error is multiplying a single-piece price by build quantity. MOQ, price breaks and packaging multiples change the real spend, sometimes by an order of magnitude on passives and connectors.

Each line shows the quantity-correct unit price, the MOQ, the resulting order cost and the lead time, so your roll-up is what a buyer would actually pay.

A first offer is not the cheapest offer. Lines continue through the full distributor sweep even after a price appears, then the main row is chosen by a fixed rule: real priced offers beat bulk-only, in-stock beats out-of-stock, then the lowest quantity-correct unit price.
