What BOM pricing should cost you
Sourcing tools are usually sold as an annual platform licence: a large number agreed months before anyone knows how many BOMs will actually be quoted. If volumes are low, you overpaid. If they are high, you are negotiating mid-year.
MySupplyParts is priced the other way round. You buy credits, and a credit is only consumed when live pricing is fetched for you.
You pay for pricing runs, not for logins
Every account starts with $25 of credit, which is enough to price real work before deciding anything. There is no trial clock and no card required to see live distributor pricing.
Credits are spent per pricing run: a single part lookup or a BOM run. Once a BOM run is paid for, the parts in that run stay covered for 24 hours, so re-checking, exporting and sharing a quote does not charge you twice.
$25 credit on signup, no card up front
Credit is consumed by pricing runs, not by users or seats
Parts in a paid BOM run stay covered for 24 hours
Sample BOM runs are free so you can test the output first
Billing is in USD, display is in your currency
All internal cost maths and billing are in USD, so a quote does not shift because an exchange rate moved between two pricing runs. Display currency is yours: results, exports and totals can be shown in 34 currencies with live conversion.
Payments run through our own Razorpay gateway, and every top-up produces a downloadable invoice for your finance team.
What this means for a typical team
A design team pricing a handful of BOMs a month pays a small fraction of a platform licence. A contract manufacturer quoting daily pays in proportion to the work won. Nobody pays for a seat that logged in twice last quarter.
Because there are no per-seat charges on pricing, you can put your whole engineering and purchasing team on the same account and keep one shared source of truth for part costs.
What is included at every level
There is no feature tier that hides the important parts. Every account gets the full distributor sweep, quantity-correct pricing, MOQ and lead time, alternates, regional carts, tariff modes, CSV and PDF export, team collaboration and the AI swap assistant.
Full multi-distributor sweep on every line
CSV and PDF export of any priced BOM
Regional pricing, local stores and local carts
Team workspace, tasks and shared BOMs
Do I need a subscription?
No. You buy credit and spend it on pricing runs. There is no mandatory annual licence to access pricing.
What happens when my free credit runs out?
You top up. Top-ups start at $300 and roll over — unused credit does not expire at the end of a month.
Are extra users charged?
Pricing runs are what consume credit, so adding teammates to your workspace does not multiply your bill.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment generates a downloadable invoice from your account page.
